Painting students leave Edinboro fully prepared for advanced study in Master of Art and Master of Fine Arts degree programs. These degrees allow them to teach at the college level or move into fields such as museum curation, criticism, art history or art conservation. Others pursue careers as gallery artists, gallery direction, or various areas of illustration, including book covers, medical illustration, CD/album covers or freelance illustration.
